About us Founded in 1989, CICER has a thriving membership of about 100 people and offers a variety of social activities, from outdoor excursions to Italian cinema and gastronomy evenings, Italian language courses, activities for children and occasional exhibitions and concerts. Working closely with the Italian Embassy, the association also offers members the use of a small Italian library . Other benefits include special discounts from several outlets in town.
